1 Year!

A year ago we did this...

On Sunday, we thawed out our wedding cake to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I cannot even believe it! This year has flown by for both of us. However, it has been one jam-up year...I love being married! I recommend it to anyone who is thinking of giving it a shot. Do it!!!

Cutting the cake...one year later!

Who knew year old cake would look/taste so wonderful??

Used the self-timer on my camera to get this picture of us stuffing our faces. I think I am going to freeze all my cakes for a year before eating them...good stuff!

Another self-timer shot...this is before we headed to The Melting Pot for dinner. By the way, it is delicious. My favorite part was dessert!

Flowers from the hubby!

Happy Anniversary to us! :)

Memorial Day Weekend

I'm not even going to apologize for this post being so late because that just seems to be the norm around here! My classes are keeping me pretty busy. My days are full of reading articles, listening to lectures, and posting on discussion boards. It's hard being the student instead of the teacher! Now I know why my students were always telling me I was mean for giving them so much work. O well, I'm just getting started so I better suck it up!

Summer at our house has been great so far! We started it off with a trip to the lake with the whole gang. My parents got a boat so we were able to spend a lot of our time on the water. It was a fun little family vacay!

Exploring on the boat!

Why can't we just do this every day??

Our little fish. She would float in the water all day if we let her!

The Singleton Girls!

Ready to go! I think the girls get up a little too early for Ryan's taste.

A glimpse into Ashley & Robby's future....T-R-O-U-B-L-E!

Captain Charley and her First Mate, T. Diddy!

LOOK...No hands! (This would probably be a good time to abandon ship!)

Aren't they just sooooooooo cute?!?!?

Ryan and I will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary this weekend. I cannot believe it has already been a year! Where does the time go?
